User's Support and Software Mainenance

If find that your licenses are no more valid - due to expired evaluation period or old licenses - please request new licenses by clicking on 'Update licenses'.

To receive continuous support from Terrasolid your company or organization must have a valid Maintenance Agreement with Terrasolid. Please read the terms of the Maintenance Agreement by downloading the form on right and press on this.

New Versions:
The major version number of each application has changed at the end of April 2008. The new versions and the version history are available for your downloading under 'Downloads'.

Licenses
Old licenses purhased in 2007 or before are not valid for the new versions 008, which Terrasolid publishes. Terrasolid provides customer, which have valid Maintenance Agreement, with new licenses for V8. They are floating licenses, which customer installs in their Windows Network Server. Users can download licenses from the pool to their Windows workstation as long as the pool is not empty. Users can extract licenses also to their laptop for a temporary period.

User’s support
is a part of the maintenance agreement. It includes short replies by email to the user's questionnaires but unfortunately not training through web. If you have a nominated local Terrasolid distributor, please contact primarily him by phone or email in support questions. If you have purchased licenses directly from Terrasolid, you do not reach your local supporter or he cannot help you, please contact Terrasolid at support@terrasolid.fi.

Training
For your self-training the animations on right and the evaluation files under Downloads will help you at the beginning.

Secondly we recommned you to participate in our TerraScan Events. If you like to have 'Training in-house', please contact Terrasolid at info@terrasolid.fi.
